Meet Monica!
Monica teaches Bikram Yoga and Intermediate Bikram Yoga
When I first stepped into a hot yoga room in 2004, I couldn’t have imagined how profoundly it would change my life. What began as a search for physical healing from a painful back injury became a journey of emotional growth, resilience, and self-transformation. Bikram Yoga, with its simple, powerful structure, taught me patience, courage, and surrender.
As a teacher since 2012, it’s my passion to hold a space where others can experience that same freedom—to breathe deeply, heal naturally, and realize the incredible strength they already carry inside. Yoga is not about achieving perfection; it’s about coming home to yourself, one breath at a time.
Tips to new students: “Be patient, breathe with awareness and let go of expectations”

Meet Xochitl!
Xochilt She teaches Hot Pilates!
"Hi my name is Xochilt “Sochie” the name originates from the Mexican Aztecs. I was born in Jalisco, Mexico, raised by a single mom, came to the states when I was 3 years old and made the best of every moment.
My fitness journey started 11 years ago as I began running half marathons and quickly ran into sciatic issues. My sister, who is a certified yoga student, suggested I take yoga to help with my running.
I found Hot Yoga Claremont Studio and began my yoga practice and was told to try a Pilates class.
The day I took my first Pilates class; I fell in LOVE with the class and structure. I took the teacher training program and since then I have added other Pilates certifications from other studio programs and Versa Climber certification to help me create a dynamic class experience.
The class is truly for ALL levels, I’m motivated every time I show up by the student’s energy and the transformations I have seen through the years.
It’s not where you start those matters, it’s where you finish, life is not a sprint, it’s a marathon, enjoy the journey to be the Best version of yourself and embrace your body with every movement.
Namaste ~ stay beautiful

Meet Linda!
Meet Linda! She teaches Hot Pilates and Yin! @bedouinbint
My journey into yoga began in the spring of 2008, when I attended my first class—unaware that it would change my life forever. I quickly discovered a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and the human body. By the summer of 2009, I became a certified Bikram Yoga instructor, and since then, I’ve earned certifications in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, HIIT Pilates, Classical Pilates, and NASM Personal Training.
In the fall of 2009, I took my practice global, traveling and teaching across six continents. For over a decade, I lived a nomadic lifestyle—moving every few months to new countries and cities, leading classes and hosting yoga retreats, connecting with diverse communities, and immersing myself in different cultures and languages.
This experience has been the foundation of my teaching philosophy. I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of body types and individuals facing a wide range of limitations, injuries, disabilities, and conditions. These lessons—learned directly from my students—have become the most valuable teacher training I could have asked for.
Today, I bring that depth of knowledge and curiosity into every session. My mission is to support others in discovering strength, balance, and self-awareness in their bodies—while remaining a lifelong student myself.
Right now, my favorite form of movement is Pilates. I genuinely enjoy both teaching and practicing floor Pilates and classical reformer Pilates. As an instructor, I love the creativity it allows me to bring to each session, and as a student, I appreciate the challenge and precision it demands—it constantly keeps me engaged and growing.
My top 3 tips for beginners:
🪻Breath
🪻Try

Meet Sharon!
Meet Sharon! She teaches Bikram Yoga!
Sharon Colalongo | Yoga Teacher | Wellness Advocate
My yoga journey began in 2001 when I wandered into a class at Bikram Yoga West Seattle, hoping it would help me train for a marathon. The first few sessions were grueling—90 minutes of intense heat, sweat, and self-doubt. But with time and perseverance, what started as a physical challenge evolved into a deeply transformative experience. My hot yoga practice became a powerful tool for understanding and balancing my mind, body, and spirit.
Inspired by the profound impact this practice had on my life—and with the unwavering support of my family—I earned my teaching certification in 2009. Over the past two decades, Bikram yoga has remained my anchor, especially during challenging moments like the pandemic. It’s my personal reset button: a space to clear my mind and welcome new energy and perspective.
Teaching yoga and supporting others on their wellness paths is a true privilege. I’m deeply grateful to share this practice with anyone seeking greater well-being—one breath (and yes, a little sweat) at a time.
